The Dockers enjoy a full schedule of events, with our playing season running from February through October, and social events year-round. Our season kicks off with with our annual Australia Day party the last Saturday in January. Practice begin in February with indoor fitness training at our sponsor, Reflex Functional Fitness. Outdoor practices start in March, and the season starts in April.
We play our home games on Satutrdays at noon at Baltimore’s historic Frank C. Bocek Park against USAFL teams in other cities around the U.S. and Canada, such as Philadelphia, Boston, and Nashville. Most home dates feature two or three games: our men’s team, our women’s team (combined with the DC Eagles into a single Baltimore-Washington team), and sometimes a B-team game that gives new players a chance to play a full competitive game.
The season ends with the USAFL National Championship tournament in October. The 2020 championships will be held on October 10-11, 2020 in Corona, California.
